The President of the firm is Deborah A. Peacock, a graduate of Harvard Law School. As a registered Patent Attorney and a registered Professional Engineer, she focuses particularly on chemical and metallurgical patent matters as well as all other areas of intellectual property, including copyright, trademark, art law, and licensing. She is joined by registered patent attorneys (with stated focuses):

• Janeen Vilven-Doggett, Ph. D. (biotechnology);
• Justin R. Jackson (electrical engineering);
• Hilary A. Noskin (environmental sciences);
• Samantha A. Updegraff (chemical sciences); and
• Stephen A. Slusher (biotechnology).

The principal attorney focusing on litigation is Roger E. Michener, who also specializes in technology licensing, corporate law, and business transactions.

The firm also benefits from an attorney specializing in intellectual property protection and related business transactions, Diane Albert.
